  1. shutsrvr is a program that simply shuts down the server. You can
  2. use it as part of an automatic periodic reboot sequence run from
  3. WinCron. I strongly recommend that you reboot your system every
  4. few days, more often if you have heavy traffic. This is especially
  5. important if you use DOS CGI back-ends, as there is a limit to the 
  6. number of DOS boxes that Windows can exec before it dies.
